happy mid-autumn festival!

First of all, HAPPPPPY MOONCAKE FESTIVALLLL!!! This year, unlike the previous years, theres no celebration or whatsoever :( In the past, whenever its the mooncake festival, my whole neighbourhood will be bustling with activities. Every household will each cook a dish and bring it down for each other to try. Children will be playing with lanterns and running all over the place. But now, everyone seems busy. Haix! But oh well, im working too. ^^

I shall blog bout yesterday first. Met up with sharen supposedly to go shopping, but we ended up eating and drinking the whole day.sharen said she was hungry, so we went to have cakes and coffee at "TCC".Then i think we sit too long, too tired and lazy to walk around ar, so we went to this irish pub for some drinks and to wait for the guys to come. Finally, Des and Nic came. but the moment they came,they keep watching the rugby and soccer match till i left. So, yea.. some pics of the food and drinks i took :]

This morning,out with my family to this thai temple to pray.And theres this bronze statue of a god. Apparently,they say that if your are fated with the god,you will be able to lift the statue up. its only about 30cm tall, but i couldnt lift it up! oh,but my sis lifted it up la. Guess im not that fated with the god ba... ok,then off to work!weee~met alyssa for lunch at this particular place we like.Its been a long time since i met her la.lots of catching up done.One of my dear's friend, Wei yang came to work here today. He's very funny but he's nice la. Then dear sent me home.Thnx for the ice moutain dear, and thnx wei yang for helping him buy and delivering it to me. haha (:
