Is sleeping early that important?

Was at home the whole day today. Entertainment : TV, Laptop(which includes games and blogs) and PSP. Went out for dinner at terminal 3 with mum, aunt, sis and maid. 5 of us, all women. Ate lu rou fan...$5 for some rice with meat gravy on it. super Ex can? bought lots of chocolates from candy empire! loved it! :D

I was bored, so i went online and look for some questions and answers.

Qns : How much sleep do we need?

Ans : The amount of sleep each person needs depends on many factors, including age. Most teenagers need about 9 hrs of sleep on average. The amount of sleep a person needs also increases if he or she has been deprived of sleep in previous days. Getting too little sleep creates a "sleep debt," which is much like being overdrawn at a bank.hmm...

- dark circles under the eyes
- daytime drowsiness and naps, excessive daytime sleepiness

- memory lapses or loss

- severe yawning
- slowed reaction time
- slowed wound healing

P.s. : Sometimes, i just wish that life could be simpler. Everyone could have a personality like him, like a little bee. Wouldnt that be much better? Why cant u just be like that?
